I want to be fit and toned. I want to have a line down the center of my stomach.It is my goal to be healthy while doing this. I am 5 years recovered from an eating disorder. During my years of recovery I got a job at McDonalds. Those experiences taught me how NOT to eat. Now I'm going to do it the right way. Focus, intensity,effort.
