Healthy Salsa con Queso!
You will need:
- some sort of healthy tortilla, whole grain preferably
- 2 packages of skinny cow light swiss cheese
- Salsa of your choice
- A toaster oven or normal oven
- a microwave
- salt
- olive oil
- Cut a healthy whole grain tortilla into chip shapes
- Put olive oil into a baking pan and place each chip on it
- Flip chips so both sides are covered in olive oil
- Salt lightly
- Bake at 350 degrees until chips begin to harden and sizzle
- Flip and watch for a slight brown tint
- Pull them out and let cool
- Now take the two packages of skinny cow cheese and place in bowl
- heat in the microwave for 20 seconds each time until the cheese is softened
- Add 2-3 spoonfuls of salsa
- Continue to heat for 20 second intervals until the mixture has no more lumps
- If you want, lightly salt chips again, then serve and enjoy!
